    Hallo Silviu91,
    warum eine bestimmte App nicht funktioniert, kann ich so nicht wissen. Hast du einmal versucht, die App zu löschen und neu zu installieren?

    Ich habe genau das gleiche Problem, habe mal eine andere Bank App versucht, bei dieser App (finanzblick) passiert das gleiche.
    Die App VR-Bank ging früher, nach dem Akku Tausch, wurde mein Handy auf Werkseinstellung zurück gesetzt, seid dem habe ich dieses Problem.

    Note 8 vr bank app not working

    Angeblich ist dieses Problem bei den Entwicklern der VR Banking App bei Google Play bekannt und soll mit dem Iris Scanner in Verbindung stehen. (Was hat der Iris Scanner damit zu tun obwohl er nicht verwendet wird?)
    Scheinbar wird allerdings nicht an einer Problemlösung durch die App-Entwickler gearbeitet sondern dem Nutzer wird geraten auf das Oreo-Upgrade für das Note 8 zu warten.
    Ist jedenfalls so in einer Bewertung der VR Banking App bei Google Play zu lesen.
    Evtl. solltet ihr euch direkt an die Entwickler der App wenden
