I got my long waited S22 Ultra yesterday after more that 5 weeks of waiting. Unfortunately I don't have yet the USB C dock charger so I used the old one to charge it. Today I connect it to my laptop with the USB C cable provided in the box, surprise!!! the cable works only on the "charging port" of the laptop. Well I told myself it works even if it's a bit weird. Tonight I try another attempt. Charge the phone with a power bank with the provided cable, surprise!!! The cable doesn't work.I've been using Samsung since S3 and I can tell you people that this cable in the black box isn't a Samsung product.Well, I love the phone, still I'm disappointed of Samsung's handling of this whole pre-order situation. I'm gonna keep the phone but for the price I paid and the defective and non original cable provided, I'm really disappointed and I wonder if this won't be my last Samsung product.With no excuse, no gesture for apology and now a weird cable, Samsung please review your entire policy because you're about to loose people in that way!
