Problem mit bezahlter Bestellung (Samsung S5E)

Hallo,
Ich habe das Samsung Galaxy S5e Cover im österreichischen Shop bestellt, weil es in Slowenien kein Cover gab und ich es nicht bekommen habe. Der Track-Item-Button leitet zur TNT-Seite weiter, auf der meine Bestellung ursprünglich für den 09.05.2013 geplant war. Meine Adresse war korrekt (GALANTA SLOVAKIA - HRUŠICA SLOVENIA) und ich konnte den Umschlag nicht abwarten. Nach 2 Tagen ging meine Bestellung schief. Meine Bestellung ist noch korrekt (GALANT SLOWAKEI bis GALANT SLOWAKEI). Auf der Samsung-Website wird angegeben, dass ich die Bestellung erhalten habe, die ich nicht erhalten habe.
Was kann ich machen? Samsung beantwortet meine E-Mails nicht, aber mein Deutsch ist nicht gut genug, um ein normales Gespräch zu führen.
Bitte entschuldigen Sie eventuelle Unannehmlichkeiten. Englische Version darunter.

I ordered the keyboard cover for the Samsung Galaxy S5e in the Austrian shop because there was no cover in Slovenia and as there were no restrictions, I paid the order and everything went well. The track item button forwards me to the TNT page where my order was originally scheduled for 09.05.2013. My address was correct (GALANTA SLOVAKIA - HRUŠICA SLOVENIA) and I could not wait for the book envelope to arrive. After 2 days my order went wrong. My order is still pending and the address is not correct (GALANTA SLOVAKIA to GALANT SLOVAKIA). The Samsung website states that I received the order that I did not receive.
What can I do? Samsung does not answer my e-mails, but my German is not good enough to have a normal conversation.
Hope someone can help!
