The question is what you expect , right ?
You charged the phone and used it for about 1:30 without turning off the display.
Simple math isn't it ?
1:30 DoT per 17% on *your* usage. This will result in about 9 hours of DoT on a full charge.
Also there is no way to tell you what normal is, or what would be normal for your use case, we don't know anything about your settings nor about your usage of the phone.

Von dein Screenshot, angenommen, du hast WQHD , 5G , Sync , GPS und so weiter an, ist das relativ normal.

Es ist ziemlich egal wie lange er das Smartphone hat. Solche " ist das normal ? " Fragen, ohne sonstige Informationen, sollten eigentlich ignoriert werden.

So , I don''t know what normal means for the other settings , but on WQHD with manually brightness set to 50% ( +/- ) , and using , let's call them Meta apps, you can expect around 1h DoT per 10% battery. Now this depends whatever you have other things on like Syncing in the background, GPS on etc.
TikTok is worse regarding battery drain. So you have to see what you get on your use case.
Basically there isn't a " generic " way to tell what is normal and what not, it will always be normal for your particular use case.

If you need almost 1h 30min to load, I would at least recommend you to buy another adapter. Of course it depends on your settings, which you should check first. If fast charging is activated and there are no other restrictions, your battery should be full in 60 minutes with a 25 watt adapter and in about 45 - 50 minutes with the 45 watt adapter.

I use my Laptop Adapter its 90W and my settings are normal just wifi with mid brightness and all other things off

First of all, that means nothing. If the 90 watt adapter doesn't fully support Samsung's charging technology, it's of no use.

90w means nothing.
You need a charger, at least 45w charger supporting Samsung PPS specifications and a 5A cable to be able to charge at full speed.
Either Samsung's charger or something like the Anker 313.

It's not a problem, it will just charge slower.
