Hi everyone! I have a Samung Galaxy A53 and I have a problem with Secure Folder. I activated the Secure Folder and after a few minutes when i tried the PIN to open, it was locked for 1440 minutes. I'm sure that the PIN was Correct and didn't give me another chance and if i had entered the PIN incorrectly. Is this an Update Bug?

Ich empfehle dir, diese Artikel genauer unter die Lupe zu nehmen:
Darüber ist hier in der deutschen Community noch nichts berichtet worden, hier sind ja einige mit A53 unterwegs.
 
Da musst du wohl warten. KNOX läuft auf Hardware und Software Ebene wie eine Verschlüsselte VM. Da kommt man von außen nicht dran. Ein Versuch über Fremdsoftware löst eher die Sicherung aus und macht alles was im Ordner ist Unbrauchbar.
 
Weißt Du zufällig ob dort direkt die 24 Stunden Sperre kommt oder ob sich das nach jedem Fehlversuch steigert?
 
Sollte sich eigentlich steigern. Wenn ich den pin bei mir Falsch eingebe kommt gleich nach dem ersten versuch die Möglichkeit sich über den Samsung Account mit passwort zu Verifizieren(ohne Timer). Den müsste OP ja haben wenn er hier Schreibt, das wäre ne Option bevor man weiter versucht den eventuell vertippten pin einzugeben.
Dann könnte man den Code ändern, braucht natürlich dann das Passwort für den Account.
Entweder ist das tatsächlich ein Bug oder OP hat bei der pin Vergabe nicht aufgepasst = sich vertippt.
 
Hab mal bei Google nach der Anzahl geschaut, da schreibt einer das der Sichere Ordner automatisch gelöscht wird wenn man sich 20 versuche vertippt hat.
Sollte OP den gerade erst erstellt haben dann ist da wohl eh noch nichts wichtiges drin. Unter Vorsicht und Googlen was dabei Gelöscht wird wäre es eventuell eine Option den Ordner zu eliminieren und neu einzurichten. Aber ich kann halt nicht einschätzen ob es sich dann nur um den Ordner handelt und ob man diesen danach mit neuer pin wieder aufsetzen kann.
 
Das würde ich auch eher in Betracht ziehen, ich meine den kann man komplett löschen und dann bei Null anfangen.
