S23 Ultra

Hi everyone. I got my S23 Ultra on 3rd February.

Does anyone else have a problem with the phone randomly disconnecting from wifi?

Its quite annoying.

Not me. What kind of router do you have ?

 

I've posted a similar issue this morning. I was getting just around 5-10 Mbps whereas my old s21 ultra had 40-50 Mbps. The fix for that was changing the router settings from 2.4 GHz to 5 GHz. On my router I just can switch between those two but on newer ones you can activate both so you have one wifi for 2.4 and one for 5. So maybe google the name of router and how to change or separate the two wifi channels.

 

I have a Vodafone Station router. I'll separate the 2.4 GHz and 5Ghz and let you know whether anything changes in the next 24 hours.

 

Ok. If this doesn't help, try resetting the networking settings.
