I bought the Logitech Webcam C930e, which should be compatible according to the list of the Compatible Device list
But the TV does not recognize it.

eine solche Liste liegt uns nicht vor. Aber wenn deine Kamera als kompatibles Gerät erwähnt wird, dann sollte es eigentlich auch funktionieren. Bekommst du eine Meldung angezeigt, wenn du versuchst, die beiden Geräte miteinander zu verbinden?
