Have you tried a restart or checked if anything ist stuck in the headphone plug?

I think I got it wet somehow, I put it in rice

Then you'll have to wait till the port is completely dry. It still senses a shortage in there.

If it doesn't work after drying, try this app from the Google Play Store. It works on Event Android Device.
