A52s: Kernel- oder Gerätefehler? CPU-Kerne auf voller Frequenz

Hallo liebe Community,
auf meinem neuen A52s ist mir aufgefallen, dass die CPUs 1-4 (so gut wie) immer auf max.Frequenz laufen. Wenn das Gerät im Standby ist, geht es aber in den Deep Sleep, Akkulaufzeit selbst sieht also releativ ok aus (hält einen Tag gut durch). Direkt nach dem Boot pendeln es noch etwas niedriger, dann aber sehr schnell immer nur auf max (s.Screenshot). Die Logs zeigen diverse Fehler (s.u. gefiltert/Auszug, über Samsung Log-Telefonnr. ermittelt). Liegt ein Fehler im Kernel oder Gerät vor ? Wie kann ich das ggf. beeinflussen ? Energiesparmodus, Verbindungen ein/aus etc. bringt alles nichts. Wäre nett, wenn jemand das mal kontrollieren könnte, nicht dass ich ein Sonntagsgerät erwischt habe. Als Apps kommen z.B. "Device Info HW" oder "CPU-Z" in Frage. Kann Samsung sich das bitte mal anschauen bzw. wohin müsste ich schreiben ?

Danke für die Zwischeninfo. In Samsung Members habe ich ebenfalls Kontakt. Die Vorschläge wie Selbsttest, Soft reset und Safe Mode haben aber bisher leider nichts gebracht. Hier ein Ausschnitt aus einem weiteren Log. Daraus habe ich die Vermutung, dass es mit diesen Zeilen zusammen hängt, offensichtlich immer dann wird nicht mehr auf eine niedrige Frequenz zurückgeschaltet:

Kurze Recherche im Netz ergab (z.B. beim S8), dass o.g. request level:-1 zumindest sehr ungewöhnlich ist/bisher nie gab.
-> Es handelt sich übrigens um die einzigen Aufrufe von UFS in allen Logs
-> type(3) = Bildschirmtouch mit min(0), max(0) und request level:-1 darf es scheinbar nicht geben, wird danach nie wieder resettet.

Der Fehler ist NACHSTELLBAR: meistens (nicht immer) bei schnellen Filetransfers, sehr oft, wenn ich z.B. per Tastenkombi Power+Leiser einen Screenshot aufnehme
Ich kann nochmal bestätigen, dass die Ursache (aus meiner Sicht) weitestgehend geklärt ist und von Samsung behoben werden müsste. Scheinbar sind für UFS = File System bei schnellen Transfers die CPU Werte nicht hinterlegt oder das File System hat ein Problem (eigene SD Karte ist nicht drin !). Ich habe gesehen, dass die Kernel-Source frei heruntergeladen werden kann, als Entwickler habe ich da mal reingeschaut. Im Coding stehen auch noch "ToDos".
Ich hätte gerne das Feedback, ob der Fehler (der ganz offensichtlich nicht von Apps etc. kommt), zeitnah behoben wird. Ansonsten tendiere ich dazu, das Smartphone wg.Mangel wieder bei Media Markt umzutauschen oder wir einigen uns anders.
Infos:
- Die Firmware/Kernel A528BXXS1AUHA auf dem Smartphone hat übrigens eine Kennung von 2019 = "S", auf https://opensource.samsung.com/ steht allerdings eine Firmware A528BXXU1AUH3 von U=2021 !?
- es geht um ARGOS = 3, s/g/p bei den Frequenzen bedeutet silver, gold, prime. Silver = die vier A55 cores.
- silver_max_lock = 1804800 ist (s.u.) definiert. D.h. es wird irgendwann im Verlauf dieses Maximum "gelockt" und nicht wieder richtig freigegeben
- Caller ist UFS = File System, UFS ist sehr selten der Caller, daher tritt der Fehler teilweise erst nach ein paar Minuten oder Stunden auf (bei bestimmten Aktion gehäuft - s.o. Screenshot), dann aber immer dauerhaft.

Über Samsung Members nochmal die Antwort erhalten, dass ich Safe Mode, Komplett Werksreset oder Reparatur gegen Preis des "Repair packages" erhalten kann. Die ersten beiden Optionen sind schon erledigt, auch dort ist der Fehler nachstellbar, Log liegt vor.

Reparatur kommt nicht in Frage, wenn es ein Softwarebug ist, kostenpflichtig ohnehin nicht. Also erhoffe ich mir hier noch eine Antwort bezüglich Firmware Patch, ansonsten Umtausch. Ist einfach sehr wahrscheinlich, dass ich das Gerät gegen Geld identisch von der Reparatur wieder zurück bekommen. Das gleiche Modell mit gleicher Software wird auch den gleichen Fehler haben (wie ja nun auch andere User bei xda und Reddit berichten).
 
Mal ein "Push", da Samsung mich per Mail fragt, ob das Problem mit den Antworten hier(?) behoben ist. Nein, ist es nicht. Gibt es eine Zwischenmeldung? Danke.

entschuldige bitte die späte Rückmeldung! Meine Kollegen haben sich zurückgemeldet und bräuchten noch einmal die kompletten dumpster Log Files, um das Phänomen genauer zu untersuchen. Du hast gesagt, du hättest den Fehler bereits in der Samsung Members App gemeldet, korrekt? Dann bräuchten wir einmal das Datum, wann du die Logs verschickt hast. Ansonsten würde ich dich bitten, das noch einmal bei Samsung Members zu melden und hier Bescheid zu geben. Herzlichen Dank!

Hallo NathanB, kein Problem:
- der erste Thread wurde am 06.10.21 über Samsung Members eingestellt, alle dortigen Vorschläge wurden ausprobiert. Ich habe den Thread nicht geschlossen, er wurde vermutlich seitens Samsung auf "Beantwortet" gesetzt.
- den Fehlerbericht inkl. des Weiteren Logs habe ich am 19.10.21 auf Wunsch von Samsung über Samsung Members geschickt.
Beide mit meiner gleichen Anmeldung wie hier. Im Übrigen ist es kein Problem nur meines Handys sondern sicherlich auf eurer Seite selbst nachstellbar.
